Judith Basin County Sheriff's Office (Montana) Press Release
On October 2nd, 2023 at approximately 1632 hrs the Judith Basin County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to help locate a 35 year old male at his residence near Hobson, Montana. Upon arrival, deputies found the resident deceased inside his home.
At the family's request, the Judith Basin County Sherriff's Office will not be releasing the victims name at this time.
Tyson Kolar (40) and Megan Fiechtner (33) were taken into custody at the scene. Kolar is charged with deliberate homicide. Fiechtner is charged with deliberate homicide by accountability and obstructing a peace office. Both parties are being held at the Fergus County Detention Center on Judith Basin County charges.
