IMPERIAL, Neb. — Chase County’s Fine Arts organization is once again bringing the Missoula Children's Theatre to local students, offering a weeklong theater experience that culminates in a performance of Red Riding Hood.
The program, open to students in kindergarten through 12th grade, will run August 4–9 at Chase County Schools. Organizers say the production offers a valuable opportunity for young people to gain experience in acting, teamwork, and public speaking while building confidence and perseverance.
Missoula Children's Theatre, known for its fast-paced residency programs, will lead rehearsals and casting throughout the week, wrapping up with a public performance. K-12 Auditions will be Monday, August 4 at 2pm. Rehearsals August 4-8, and Performances August 8 and 9 at 7pm each night at the Chase County Schools Auditorium in Imperial.
Chase County Fine Arts representatives encourage families to mark their calendars and take advantage of what they describe as a “fantastic opportunity” for students with an interest in the performing arts.
