LINCOLN, NE&nbsp;– Governor Jim Pillen will hold town halls in Scottsbluff, North Platte and Kearney following the delivery of his annual State of the State Address on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 10 a.m. The fly around will happen on Friday, Jan. 19.
