NORTH PLATTE - The Salvation Army is gearing up for the last half of their red kettle campaign as the last day of ringing is December 23rd. During last week's rings, the Habitat for Humanity and the North Platte Rotary Club had match days and both days ended up being a very successful day for the organizations to match. The Salvation Army is looking for immediate volunteers to fill in hours at the kettle locations in North Platte. If you would be interested in volunteering and ringing, click here.
The Salvation Army is preparing for their food box and toy drive distributions going on next week. If you would like to learn more about what is going on with the Salvation Army, check out the podcast above.
