McCook Neb. – Taytom Timbers tallied a 36-hole score of 155 (+11) to tie for 17th, as the Knights finished fifth at the McCook Community College Invitational on Friday.
Timbers shot an opening round 81, before rallying with a 74 on the final day. The final round score consisted of one birdie, three bogeys and 14 pars.
Cole Kramer also bested his opening round score to finish in a tie for 22nd with a final round 78. Treyten York matched two of his teammates with an opening round 81, before a final round 79 placed him in a tie for 25th. Caeson Clarke rounded out the scorers with a 32nd place finish after rounds of 86 and 80.
Knights will continue their spring season with the two-day Sand Creek Station Invite in Bethel, Kan. beginning on April 5.
