2. Work Session to discuss and clarify the ongoing relationship between Lincoln County, the Nebraska International Port of the Plains and the North Platte Chamber and Development Corporation with respect to operation of the Inland Port and the Hershey Rail Park.
3. Public Comment.
4. Closed session to discuss potential lease/sub lease terms between Lincoln County and the Nebraska International Port of the Plains for property located at 18610 West Highway 30, Hershey, NE.
