North Platte, Neb. - Week 1 of NEBRASKAland Days has kicked off in North Platte and the Buffalo Bill Rodeo is in full swing. A couple of days left for this year's rodeo and while the action is always exciting, the entertainment side with the rodeo clowns always gets a laugh. Justin Rumford is this year's clown and is no stranger to North Platte.
