Ogallala, Neb. - Day two of the Ogallala Community Blood Drive that was set to begin Wednesday has been cancelled due to the winter storm blasting the Eastern part of the state. The winter storm is likely preventing the courier from collecting the blood donated in Ogallala and then making the trip back to Omaha in a timely manner Wednesday evening.
