Ogallala, Ne - Brassfire, honoring the trumpet through the music of Louis Armstrong, Herb Alpert and Doc Severinsen will perform on Monday, May 13 at the Ogallala Performing Arts Center. Brassfire is a virtuosic trio of Trumpet with piano, bass and track, led by world-renowned trumpeter Jens Lindemann, who is not only a superb Juilliard-trained musician, but a wonderful entertainer. Jens will lead you along a delightful path of joy and wonder at the ensemble’s choice of music and dazzling playing. Jens is a former member of the famed Canadian Brass, and has soloed with many of the world’s great orchestras.
