North Platte, NE – Construction has begun on a new restaurant in North Platte. The well-known Midwest restaurant chain, Pizza Ranch, provides a faith and family-focused restaurant with a full buffet, carryout, and delivery, as well as a FunZone Arcade featuring interactive games for all ages. Franchisees Jeff & Shae Caldwell are eager to open and provide the surrounding area with the Country’s Best Chicken, pizza, Cactus Bread and a place to gather with friends and family.
The Caldwells were first introduced to the Iowa-based brand several years back as they participated in another Iowa Legacy – Ragbrai. Ragbrai is a week-long bike ride across the state of Iowa that shifts routes a bit each year so participants can enjoy all that Iowa has to offer. With over 70 Pizza Ranch locations in the state of Iowa, many stops on the Ragbrai route each year are home to a Pizza Ranch. The Caldwells realized that the buffet model was an excellent way to feed large groups of people quickly, and offered a wide variety of food to satisfy any cravings.
The Caldwells are excited to see construction underway at the location and will begin taking applications for team members soon. They hope to have construction completed and begin serving their community in the Spring of 2024.
