&nbsp;***UPDATE**** Willow has been located. We appreciate the public's assistance in this matter.

&nbsp; We are asking for the public's help in locating 16-year-old Willow Melcher.  Willow is a missing/runaway juvenile from North Platte.  She is approximately 5'5" 140 lbs. with hazel eyes and brown hair, but often dyes her hair.  Willow has a cross tattoo below her right eye. Willow was last seen on July 9th at her home. 

 If you have any information on the whereabouts of Willow, please contact the North Platte Police Department or your local law enforcement agency.  You may also submit any information to Lincoln County Crime Stoppers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
