Wilbur D. Koehn, longtime Perkins County resident, passed away on February 5, 2024, at Hilltop Estates in Gothenburg.
Wilbur was born April 7, 1940, in Grant County, Kansas, to Edward and Katie Koehn. He was raised and educated in Kansas.
On April 30, 1961, Wilbur married Lovella Koehn, and their 62-year union was blessed with four children.
In the winter of 1974, the Koehn family moved from Sharon Springs, Kansas, to Perkins County, Nebraska, where Wilbur farmed.
He was known as a kind, caring man who lived his life with all his heart and strength.
Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Lovella of Grant; three children, Judy (Marlin) Unruh, Madrid, Nebraska; Rollyn (Val) Koehn, Russellville, Arkansas; and LynAlan (Susan) Koehn, Tonasket, Washington; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:30 in the morning at the Golden Plains Mennonite Church west of Madrid. Interment will be in the Madrid Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday, from 2 pm until 5 pm, at the Bullock-Long Funeral Home in Grant.
