Great Plains Health

North Platte, Neb. – Great Plains Health is asking for your feedback  to help design its 2025-2027 strategic plan. A survey link can be found on GPHealth’s  Facebook feed and is now open through March 29.

GPHealth has a long tradition of serving the North Platte area and ensuring that medical  services are available and accessible to the citizens of the region. The strategic plan is  important in identifying strengths and opportunities to best meet growing community  needs.

“We complete a comprehensive strategic planning process every three years,” said  Megan McGown, Great Plains Health chief development officer. “This structured  approach empowers our board of directors and leaders to make informed decisions that  align with our broader organizational vision. The insight that we receive from our  community members is carefully reviewed and allows us to maximize our impact for the  health of Greater Nebraskans.”

GPHealth’s mission is to inspire health and healing by putting our patients first – always  – and its vision is to become the region’s most trusted health care community. In order  to meet that mission and vision, GPHealth continuously looks to the future.

The survey is 10 brief questions and asks respondents to rank their perception of care  at GPHealth and explain what exceptional healthcare looks like. Honest and thoughtful  feedback from the community helps ensure that GPHealth’s board and leaders have the  community's best interests in mind when completing the 2025-2027 strategic plan.
