North Platte, NEB. - The Ogallala Indians are looking to clinch their 6th straight Soutwest Conference championship this afternoon when they battle Cozad at 3:30pm MT/4:30pm CT at the McDonald-Belton Gym at the North Platte Community College campus. Live coverage on Flatrock 100.7 this afternoon.
The Indians had a dominating victory over the Holdrege Duster 81-48. This was the second time these two teams have played each other this season. Leading the scoring for Ogallala was senior Caden Rezac who finished with 31 points, Jack Rezac had 15 and Sawyer Smith finished with 8.
Cozad, who trailed for most of the game, had a late push and defeated Gothenburg 46-41. The last time these two teams meet was at "The Barn" in Cozad on Jan. 5th where the Indians would win 60-52.
