While temperatures are on the rise since the last snowfall to impact the region, the National Weather Service, North Platte Office (NWS) has stated a Blizzard Warning will go in effect for much of the listening area beginning at 3:00am Tuesday morning and will last until 12:00pm Wednesday. Winter weather could impact the region from Tuesday, heading into Wednesday.

A possible snowfall is predicted to hit the region and also wind speeds up to 60 mph could cause for whiteout, blizzard conditions with any snowfall. A possible 2-5 inches could fall. The NWS predicts the winter weather could hit the area as early as 3:00am Tuesday morning. Rain is supposed to fall Tuesday before the winter storm moves in during the morning.
