Ogallala, Neb. - First responders responded to a structure fire early Tuesday morning in Ogallala.&nbsp;

According to the Ogallala Volunteer Fire Department (OVFD), in the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 9th, county tones dropped for a structure fire in the city. The tones dropped around 4:00am (MT). The Ogallala Police Department (OPD) were first on scene and controlled traffic while crews battled the fire.&nbsp;

The OVFD says in a release that the home was vacant and that the structure is standing but a total loss due to collapsed floors and other issues within the structure.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The OVFD responded to the scene with command, 2 engines, ladder, and utility. The Keith County Emergency Management was on scene to provide support and rehab. Grant EMS were also called in&nbsp;due to high call volumes.&nbsp;

According to officials, no civilians or fire fighters were injured during the incident. The Nebraska State Fire Marshal is investigating the incident.&nbsp;
