“The theme of the event is, ‘It’s a Wonderful Life,’ just like the holiday movie that shows&nbsp; how each person’s life makes an important impact on others,” said Megan McGown,&nbsp; Great Plains Health Chief Development Officer and Foundation director. “We see that&nbsp; impact happening each and every day through the lives of our Foundation donors who&nbsp; come together to improve the patient experience.”&nbsp;&nbsp;

Proceeds support the construction of a pediatric rehab space within the new Sports and&nbsp; Therapy and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation center. Whether a child needs speech therapy,&nbsp; physical therapy, occupational therapy or all three types of therapy – this project&nbsp; provides children a space that is specific for every part of their developmental journey.&nbsp;

The gala features an exquisite dinner by North 40 Chophouse, a live auction presented&nbsp; by Rod Wright, upscale silent auction and music by Night Sounds Entertainment.&nbsp;

More than 100 pairs of socks collected for homeless shelter

On October 30th, a single engine plane crashed in the yard of a residence in the 1400 Block of East C Street in McCook, Nebraska. There were two occupants aboard the plane. The occupants were identified as pilot, Clifton Coffman age 79, who passed away from his injuries, and his passenger, Henry Ritcher age 65, who is being treated for his injuries. NTSB and FAA are investigating the crash. Both occupants were from Shreveport, Louisiana.

RED WILLOW COUNTY, Neb. —One person died in a small plane crash just before noon Monday in southwest Nebraska.

The small plane crashed 1/8 of a mile southwest of the McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport property, according to McCook City Manager Nate Schneider.&nbsp;

There were two occupants in the airplane. First responders found one deceased, and the second occupant was transported to the Community Hospital of McCook for treatment.

City of McCook personnel were on the scene of the crash and have contacted the appropriate federal agencies.&nbsp;

Officials secured the crash site and it will be maintained until investigators from the appropriate federal agencies arrive.&nbsp; Officials have not released names of the pilot or passenger.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Pilot, passenger aboard the small plane crash in McCook have been identified

&nbsp; At about noon on 11-1-23 deputies were dispatched to West Stark Rd, which is northwest of Hershey. It was reported that there was an abandoned vehicle in a pasture. Nearby residents had noticed it there earlier in the day and now had noticed and unidentified male walking in the area. They checked the vehicle and found that it was disabled in a small washout.

Deputies determined that it had been stolen from Bridge Street Auto in North Platte. The residents reported that they approached the male, but he ran into a nearby corn field. Deputies could not locate the male, so NSP was dispatched for assistance. They responded with a drone, manpower and K-9. The male was located near Birdwood Creek. He refused to comply with orders to come out of the field. Less lethal pepper balls were used and had little effect. The K-9 was deployed as a warning, but he continued to defy the orders.

As officers approached him to affect an arrest, he became physical, and the K-9 took action. In an effort to defeat the dog the suspect bit the dog on the face. The best biter prevailed, and the suspect was handcuffed and arrested. He was given medical attention for bite injuries on scene and at the hospital. The K-9 did not require medical attention. He was identified as Roman Reyes, DOB 12-27-84.

No known address. He was believed to be under the influence of drugs. He has had a lot of contact with the law in the recent past. He was charged with Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, Resisting Arrest and Harassing a Police Animal.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Acting United States Attorney Susan Lehr announced that George Liakos, 64, of Gering, Nebraska, was sentenced on October 27, 2023, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska for Bank Fraud. Senior United States District Court Judge John M. Gerrard sentenced Liakos to 36 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After Liakos’s release from prison, he will begin a 5-year term of supervised release. As part of his sentence, Liakos was ordered to pay $5,059,035.43 in restitution to First State Bank.

Great Western Bank, which was subsequently acquired by First State Bank, was a banking corporation with locations in Iowa, Colorado, South&nbsp;Dakota,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Nebraska,&nbsp;including&nbsp;a&nbsp;banking&nbsp;office&nbsp;in&nbsp;Scottsbluff,&nbsp;Nebraska.&nbsp;Great&nbsp;Western Bank’s deposits were insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Liakos conducted a farming operation in Bayard, Nebraska, primarily growing beans, corn and sugar beets as well as raising cattle for sale.

Beginning in April 2017 and continuing through May 2019,&nbsp;Liakos misrepresented the amount of commodities he had in storage, cattle inventory, and acreage of crops and concealed his debt from Great Western Bank in order to secure approximately $11 million in loans.

As a part of his scheme to obtain money from Great Western Bank, on June 2, 2017, Liakos executed Loans and a Security Agreement with Great Western Bank. The loans and security agreement consisted of a revolving line of credit, machinery and equipment loan and a livestock loan. In approving the Loans and Security Agreement, Great Western Bank relied upon information provided by Liakos&nbsp;reflecting&nbsp;current&nbsp;commodity&nbsp;and&nbsp;livestock&nbsp;inventory,&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;receivable,&nbsp;loans,&nbsp;and accounts payable which he knew materially overstated his commodity inventory and materially understated and failed to report loans and accounts payable. As&nbsp;part&nbsp;of&nbsp;this&nbsp;agreement,&nbsp;Liakos&nbsp;granted&nbsp;Great&nbsp;Western&nbsp;Bank&nbsp;a&nbsp;security&nbsp;interest&nbsp;in&nbsp;assets and farm products as collateral for the loan. As a result of the Liakos’s scheme and artifice to defraud, Great Western Bank sustained a financial loss of $3,940,007.80.

After the sentencing, FBI Omaha Special Agent in Charge Eugene Kowel said, “George Liakos’ crime may not have been violent, but there were real victims.&nbsp; His years of lies and falsifying documents led to a local bank’s loss of more than seven million dollars.&nbsp; Today’s sentence illustrates the FBI’s mission to investigate complex fraud cases and bring to justice those who enrich themselves at the expense of others by breaking the law.”

Matthew T. Wilkins, Acting Special Agent-in-Charge, U.S. Department of Agriculture-Office of Inspector General said “I want to thank the US Attorney’s Office, OIG special agents, and our investigative partners for their hard work on this investigation.&nbsp; When the integrity of the United States Department of Agriculture’s farm loan programs is violated by criminal conduct, the Office of Inspector General will pursue justice to the fullest extent of the law.”

(AP) — Union Pacific is trimming the ranks of the railroad's management employees as part of the&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/union-pacific-ceo-jim-vena-railroad-23365ccd844a91a7ba9d0cfd6b36fe0b">new CEO's push</a>&nbsp;to eliminate layers of bosses involved in decision making.

The railroad, based in Omaha, Nebraska, said Wednesday that it is eliminating less than 5% of its roughly 5,600 management jobs.

Everyone who is losing their job was encouraged to either apply for a job helping operate or maintain Union Pacific's trains or to stay on for several months to help tackle one of about a couple dozen special projects.

Fewer than 275 management jobs were being eliminated, but the final number of cuts will depend on how many managers take other jobs with the railroad.

<a href="https://apnews.com/article/union-pacific-railroad-ceo-jim-vena-06b2fbdf515e7f5aa8d82c0b2cafbc88">CEO Jim Vena</a>&nbsp;made streamlining the organization one of his first priorities after taking the job in August.

“You can’t have nine levels from the CEO to the people who actually do the work and expect that the message is clear, the decisions are made clear and there isn’t some hiccup in the decision,” Vena&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/union-pacific-railroad-thirdquarter-earnings-0ad0474a2bbf4dc0d29c0e1c880aa101">told investors</a>&nbsp;last month. “And I want to drive it so that we have way less layers. And that means with less layers, the people out in the field are empowered to make the right decision.”

A spokeswoman for the railroad said Wednesday that the management layoffs are part of the larger effort to change its culture and “focus on empowering employees on the front lines to drive decision-making.”

Before the layoffs announced Wednesday, Union Pacific eliminated about 100 operating jobs recently in response to a decline in the number of rail shipments with the economy in flux.

But both sets of job cuts represent a relatively small part of Union Pacific's total workforce of about 33,000. The railroad is one of the nation's largest, operating more than 32,000 miles (51,499 kilometers) of track in 23 Western states.

These latest cuts are also much smaller than the ones Union Pacific made after it started overhauling its operations in 2018 to rely more on fewer, longer trains that operate on a more set schedule. Before those changes began, the railroad employed more than 44,000 people. Those bigger cuts that UP and all the major railroads made over the past six years have been criticized by labor unions who say they left the workforce spread too thin to keep up with crucial preventative maintenance and inspections. The railroads say the cuts simply helped them become more efficient and they need fewer workers today because they're using fewer locomotives and railcars to haul a similar amount of freight.

The head of the Federal Railroad Administration&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/union-pacific-railroad-safety-fra-defects-a3727942095fc3bd585b42d60c45fa6e">questioned the wisdom</a>&nbsp;of the recent cuts of train crews and maintenance personnel in a letter to Vena after federal inspectors found hundreds of problems when they visited Union Pacific's massive railyard in western Nebraska this summer.&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/palestinian-territories-ohio-canada-business-accidents-d57651e17b2f9e0163c50298106950a3">Safety</a>&nbsp;has been a&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/railroad-safety-derailments-tank-car-ohio-minnesota-c60f33b64e9c7dc05768a78ae20f3ce5">concern</a>&nbsp;across the industry after a Norfolk Southern&nbsp;<a href="https://apnews.com/article/politics-pete-buttigieg-evacuations-ohio-explosions-64908a6416662b5866809387f210aee5">train derailed</a>&nbsp;in eastern Ohio in February, spilled hazardous chemicals and caught fire.

Union Pacific eliminates management jobs as part of plan to speed decision making at the railroad

The fight card features 16 fights with 14 local fighters. Tickets are $30 and you can purchase tickets&nbsp;<a href="https://events.humanitix.com/mcf-25-salute-to-veterans-iii" target="_blank">here.</a>&nbsp;Doors open at 4:30pm with the flights scheduled for 6:00pm.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Huerta, who is a North Platte native, MMA Amateur record is 3-1. He is currently the #8th ranked amateur in the state of Nebraska. Mid-Plains Community College’s scholarship application is now open. Students can access the form at&nbsp;<a href="https://mpcc.awardspring.com/" target="_blank">mpcc.awardspring.com</a>&nbsp;or through their MyMPCC student portal.

Those planning to attend MPCC during the 2024-25 academic year have until March 1 to turn the application in. More than $1 million&nbsp;worth of funds in academic and program-focused areas are up for grabs.

New this year, applicants must first apply for admission to MPCC before completing the scholarship application. The login is tied to a student’s MPCC login information to provide a seamless application experience.

Students will be able to see within their&nbsp;scholarship&nbsp;account what scholarships they qualify for and track the progress of their applications. Those who receive an award will be notified through the system&nbsp;and via email. They can then log in to accept or decline the scholarship.

Scholarship application opens at Mid-Plains Community College

&nbsp;(SCOTTSBLUFF, NEB.)&nbsp;&nbsp;— Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested a Kimball motel owner following a shooting at the motel Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon, the Kimball Police Department was called to the report of a shooting at the Finer Motel, at 4306 East Highway 30 in Kimball. Upon arrival, authorities located a male subject with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The Kimball Police Department requested that the Nebraska State Patrol handle the investigation. After preliminary investigation, NSP has arrested the motel’s owner, Leota Kant, 86, of Kimball, for attempted murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and discharging a weapon within city limits. The victim had been staying at the motel.

Kant was lodged Tuesday evening in Garden County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.

KLFD hosted its annual 2023 chimney sweep

North Platte, NE: Eric Stearns returns to his hometown on November 3rd for the opening reception of his latest ceramic work in a show titled&nbsp;Ra•ku.&nbsp;You are welcome to meet the artist during the 5:30 - 7:30 pm reception at the Prairie Art Center.&nbsp;

"Ra•ku&nbsp;showcases my latest exploration into color palettes inspired by the world around me," says Eric Stearns. "Although this body of work features my pierced and raku-fired ceramics you may already know, the forms and colors are fresh and unique."

Raku is a method of quickly firing ceramic artwork. Eric removes the pieces from the kiln at 1450° F, when they're still red hot. The art is given about a minute or two to cool before placing it in a metal container with a few sheets of newspaper. The paper ignites and smokes then the container is closed. 

The reduction atmosphere affects the glaze colors and the smoke turns unglazed parts of the clay black. The drastic thermal shock also produces cracking in the glaze —known as crazing since it is deliberate. The piece is removed from the container once cool and cleaned up to remove residual soot and ash, revealing the brilliant glazes.&nbsp;

After teaching full-time, as well as assisting his family on the ranch, Stearns decided to commit more fully to his art and received a Master of Fine Arts at Fort Hays State University in 2008 studying under Linda Ganstrom. He is now Associate Professor of Art and Chair of the Department of Art and Design at Doane University in Crete, Nebraska.

ERIC STEARNS RETURNS TO NORTH PLATTE TO SHOW HIS LATEST ARTWORK

Just before 12:00pm (yesterday), McCook Dispatch received a report of an airplane crash just 1/8 of a mile southwest of McCook Ben Nelson Airport property. There were two occupants in the airplane, one of which was found deceased and the second occupant was transported to the Community Hospital of McCook with injuries.

City of McCook personnel were on scene of the crash and have contacted the appropriate federal agencies. The local agencies that responded are City of McCook Police Department, City of McCook Fire and EMS, City of McCook Public Works, Red Willow County Sheriff's Office, Nebraska State Patrol, Red Willow Western, Nebraska Public Power, Black Hills Energy and the Red Cross.

The crash site has been secured and will be maintained until investigators from the appropriate agencies arrive. The accident site has been condoned off and the public is discouraged from driving through the area. The occupants' names from the airplane are being withheld pending notification of their families. No additional information will be released at this time.

The Hot Sheets: October 31st, 2023

KEARNEY – The statistics are staggering.

Nearly 1 in 5 Nebraskans have a mental illness, yet access to behavioral health resources remains extremely limited in many parts of the state. All but five of the state’s 93 counties are designated as mental health professions shortage areas and 29 counties don’t have any behavioral health providers.

“The need is great, especially in rural Nebraska,” said Krista Fritson, a licensed clinical psychologist and professor in the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Department of Psychology.

In Kearney, for example, she notes that it can take anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months to access certain behavioral health services. That’s a problem, especially with rates of anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions on the rise since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

Recognizing this shortage back in 2009, the state Legislature created the Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN) to help recruit, train, support and retain mental and behavioral health professionals. BHECN is based at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, with rural sites at UNK, Chadron State College and Wayne State College.

This collaboration between the Legislature, academic institutions and community partners has made a positive impact, with the state’s mental and behavioral health workforce growing by 38% from 2010 to 2020. However, there’s still a lot of ground to gain.

“Given the fact that 88 of Nebraska’s 93 counties are designated as mental health professions shortage areas, these programs and the support for our students and mental health providers are crucial in order to continue to increase the number of professionals in Nebraska,” Fritson said.

In addition to her role as a faculty member, Fritson serves as director of the BHECN location at UNK, where a new pilot program is building on this momentum. The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unmc.edu/bhecn/career-pathways/student-trainee-opportunities/bhop.html">Behavioral Health Opportunities Program</a>&nbsp;(BHOP) was launched this summer to continue expanding and enhancing this professional pipeline.

Similar to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/health_sciences/scholarshipprograms.php">Kearney Health Opportunities Program</a>&nbsp;(KHOP), a successful partnership between UNK and UNMC that recruits and trains future health care professionals, BHOP is designed as a pathway program for students seeking behavioral health careers in Nebraska. Unlike KHOP, students in the behavioral health program can complete their entire education through UNK, starting in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/psychology/index.php">undergraduate psychology program</a>&nbsp;before advancing to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/csp/clinical-mental-health-counseling.php">clinical mental health counseling master’s program</a>.

Participants receive BHECN-funded financial assistance – covering 100% of tuition and most student fees during the final year of their undergraduate program and 25% of tuition during their first three years in the master’s program – and they’re eligible for additional funding to support conference travel and other professional development activities.

The inaugural cohort is comprised of six UNK students selected – two from the master’s program and four undergraduate seniors. As members of the same “learning community,” these scholars participate in monthly activities that allow them to build relationships and professional skills, including recent sessions that focused on equine therapy and meditation and mindfulness.

They also receive one-on-one mentorship from licensed behavioral health professionals currently working in the field, as well as opportunities for job shadowing and internships.

“For me, the most important thing is the real-world experience,” said Robyn Springer, a BHOP participant and graduate assistant for BHECN. “There are things you can learn from a book, but until you actually get out there and dip your toes in the water, you don’t know what it’s really like.”

Springer helped run a local roofing business for nearly three decades, then she went through a divorce and decided to return to school in search of “something different.”

“Once I started the psychology program, I realized I was home,” she said. “This is where I belong. I just love it.”

She earned her bachelor’s degree from UNK in May and is currently pursuing a master’s through the clinical mental health counseling graduate program. Along with the support system she has through BHECN and UNK, Springer has gained knowledge and professional connections by shadowing local therapists.

“That helps tremendously. We’re still students, so there are so many questions that we have about getting into this field,” she said.

“The experiences BHOP provides will allow us to begin our careers with so much more confidence, which is huge,” she added. “This program definitely provides that leg up.”

Moving forward, Fritson hopes to see BHOP incorporate other academic programs, such as social work, and expand to additional institutions across the state.

“We know that we have six individuals who are going to be master’s-level therapists in this area in three or four years because of this program,” she said. “That’s the kind of progress we need in order to improve access to care and the quality of care for Nebraskans.”

All but five of the state’s 93 counties are designated as mental health professions shortage areas and 29 counties don’t have any behavioral health providers.“The need is great, especially in rural Nebraska,” said Krista Fritson, a licensed clinical psychologist and professor in the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s Department of Psychology.In Kearney, for example, she notes that it can take anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months to access certain behavioral health services. That’s a problem, especially with rates of anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions on the rise since the COVID-19 pandemic started.Recognizing this shortage back in 2009, the state Legislature created the Behavioral Health Education Center of Nebraska (BHECN) to help recruit, train, support and retain mental and behavioral health professionals. BHECN is based at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, with rural sites at UNK, Chadron State College and Wayne State College.This collaboration between the Legislature, academic institutions and community partners has made a positive impact, with the state’s mental and behavioral health workforce growing by 38% from 2010 to 2020. However, there’s still a lot of ground to gain.“Given the fact that 88 of Nebraska’s 93 counties are designated as mental health professions shortage areas, these programs and the support for our students and mental health providers are crucial in order to continue to increase the number of professionals in Nebraska,” Fritson said.In addition to her role as a faculty member, Fritson serves as director of the BHECN location at UNK, where a new pilot program is building on this momentum. The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unmc.edu/bhecn/career-pathways/student-trainee-opportunities/bhop.html">Behavioral Health Opportunities Program</a>&nbsp;(BHOP) was launched this summer to continue expanding and enhancing this professional pipeline.Similar to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/health_sciences/scholarshipprograms.php">Kearney Health Opportunities Program</a>&nbsp;(KHOP), a successful partnership between UNK and UNMC that recruits and trains future health care professionals, BHOP is designed as a pathway program for students seeking behavioral health careers in Nebraska. Unlike KHOP, students in the behavioral health program can complete their entire education through UNK, starting in the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/psychology/index.php">undergraduate psychology program</a>&nbsp;before advancing to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.unk.edu/academics/csp/clinical-mental-health-counseling.php">clinical mental health counseling master’s program</a>.Participants receive BHECN-funded financial assistance – covering 100% of tuition and most student fees during the final year of their undergraduate program and 25% of tuition during their first three years in the master’s program – and they’re eligible for additional funding to support conference travel and other professional development activities.The inaugural cohort is comprised of six UNK students selected – two from the master’s program and four undergraduate seniors. As members of the same “learning community,” these scholars participate in monthly activities that allow them to build relationships and professional skills, including recent sessions that focused on equine therapy and meditation and mindfulness.They also receive one-on-one mentorship from licensed behavioral health professionals currently working in the field, as well as opportunities for job shadowing and internships.“For me, the most important thing is the real-world experience,” said Robyn Springer, a BHOP participant and graduate assistant for BHECN. “There are things you can learn from a book, but until you actually get out there and dip your toes in the water, you don’t know what it’s really like.”Springer helped run a local roofing business for nearly three decades, then she went through a divorce and decided to return to school in search of “something different.”“Once I started the psychology program, I realized I was home,” she said. “This is where I belong. I just love it.”She earned her bachelor’s degree from UNK in May and is currently pursuing a master’s through the clinical mental health counseling graduate program. Along with the support system she has through BHECN and UNK, Springer has gained knowledge and professional connections by shadowing local therapists.“That helps tremendously. On 10-30-23, A small dedication was held at the North Platte Animal Center for the new “Meet &amp; Greet” area.   This area is designated for people looking to spend time with an animal up for adoption.  This area is fenced in and has a covered patio. 

   People can bring their dog to the “Meet &amp; Greet” area and allow them to run/play with the potential dog as well. This project was made possible by the City of North Platte, Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, Pawsitve Partners and New Harbor Construction.&nbsp;&nbsp;

North Platte Animal Center held a dedication for new "Meet & Greet" area

 </figure>RED WILLOW COUNTY, Neb. —One person died in a small plane crash just before noon Monday in southwest Nebraska.The small plane crashed 1/8 of a mile southwest of the McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport property, according to McCook City Manager Nate Schneider.&nbsp;There were two occupants in the airplane. First responders found one deceased, and the second occupant was transported to the Community Hospital of McCook for treatment.City of McCook personnel were on the scene of the crash and have contacted the appropriate federal agencies.&nbsp;Officials secured the crash site and it will be maintained until investigators from the appropriate federal agencies arrive.&nbsp; Officials have not released names of the pilot or passenger.&nbsp;&nbsp;-------------McCook NEB. - First responders were dispatched to a small plane crash in McCook around 12:00pm. No further information is available at this time. We will provide updates once more information is released.

Senator Mike Jacobson receives the Heath Care Advocate Award

On August 29th, 2023, The Dundy County Sheriff's Office received a report of a stolen vehicles which had been taken from farmstead in rural Dundy County. Deputies from this office them began speaking with officers from surrounding agencies and we learned of other vehicle thefts in Hitchcock and Perkins County.

On September 27th, 2023, one of those vehicle's a Nissan Exterra was located and recovered in rural Chase County.&nbsp;

October 2nd, 2023, The Dundy County Sheriff's office received information from Keith County Sheriff's Office of suspects and a location of another stolen vehicle from Dundy County, which was than located and recovered by Keith County Sheriff's Deputies.&nbsp;

Dundy County Sheriff's Office continued to keep in constant contact with other agencies about these vehicle thefts. Throughout the investigation, it was learned through video evidence that the vehicle suspect was driving a white Chevrolet Pickup, was also connected to the vehicle thefts in both Hitchcock County and Perkins County.

On October 27th, 2023, Chief Deputy King and Deputy Jones went to speak with our suspect, 29-year-old of Ogallala while he was in custody in Keith County Jail on unrelated charges. Deputy Jones did an excellent job on this interview and Patrik Reiman confessed not only to the vehicle thefts in Dundy County, but to the vehicle thefts in Hitchcock and Perkins Counties as well.

Patrik also gave Deputy Jones the location of the GMC Sierra which had been stolen from Hitchcock County in August. Dundy County Sgt. Lucci was given vague information about the location of the stolen vehicles and was able to locate that vehicle and Rural Dundy County. That vehicle has since been returned to the owner. The investigation into other involved person continues and we will update information as we can.
